Connect to Azure Active Directory Activity Logs (Preview) issue

 

Hi, When trying to connect to using the Azure Active Directory Activity content pack, i get the error below. I have AAD admin acccess and PBI admin access, can you help with the issue?

According to this blog, there is a known issue with MFA enabled account and OAuth2. Can you please try the "Basic" Authentication option or with a non-MFA enabled account.

 

BTW, In order view to sign-ins logs in the Azure Active Directory Activity content pack, you need Azure AD Premium to access the data. See more details.

I am all the suddent today getting the same message. Wether using Basic or OAuth2 and I am not using an MFA enabled account. Does the tenant need to just have one Azure AD Premium licensing for anyone on the tenant or does the user accessing the data required to have the Azure AD Premium license for this to function properly.
