Combine files from folder - Failing after update to Version: 2.87.923.0 64-bit (November 2020)

I update a report daily - one main query uses the combine files from folder and transform step.

The 'transform' step has broken with the latest update of Poawer BI delivered automatically overnight.

None of my backup files work.  I believe this is a bug
