Hello !!!

The same issue in ver. 2.78.5740.1101 64-bit (still february 2020 update).

But (!) it works after closing the window of query editor with error report and reopen it.

Simply, you'll see your result in query editor.

As I had to rebuild my data model I rolled back to Dec build and imported all my data. The error definately does not occur in the Dec build. The link to it was earlier in the thread. Now I have imported my data I can update again. As Andrey said, it is still working, it just spits out an error message which you close and the reopen query editor.

Agree.. even i had to roll back to Dec 2019 version and work. Learnt from Micorsoft the new version has a fix for this problem and it will be coming in 2nd or 3rd week of Mar 2020.

I can confirm this bug has been resolved in the March 11, 2020 release of Power BI Desktop.  What a relief; I thought I was losing my mind!
