Changing email addresses, organization-wide

I do some work for an organization that has numerous workspaces and 50+ Power BI reports, used internally by the company, as well as client facing ones (usually accessed by a company email like client1@company.com). Due to a change in structure, ALL company emails are going to change soon:

email1@company.com -> email1@companynewname.com

What are the implications and how do we roll out this change across workspaces and reports? Some items to consider:

1. All PBI logins will change from email1@company.com -> email1@companynewname.com

2. All Client logins will change from client1@company.com -> client1@companynewname.com

3. All scheduled refresh alerts will change from email1@company.com -> email1@companynewname.com

4. All data sources like OneDrive will change from email1@company.com -> email1@companynewname.com

And so on. The implications are large.

Is such a change process documented anywhere? Hasanyone done this before and has advice to offer?
