Changes to Dataflows not recognised in Deployment Pipeline

Deployment Pipelines are not recognising my changes to a Dataflow, have been testing with simple dataflows and just adding in and removing test columns etc. Because the changes are not recognised, the deployment pipeline won't allow me to deploy to the next workspace to get the updated dataflow in there.

Is this a known issue or is there a way around this?
