Cant install the in -premise Gateway

I looked everywhere for a solution and tried everything

i try to install the gateway on win server 2008 r2 with x64

i cant install the personal and the on permise gateways

when i start the install as administrator i can install the personal  but not the on permise!

every time i get the same error

Hello Eldar,

Please verify you have gotten the latest and most update version of the gateway installer and have applied all the windows updates. 

If this doesn't resolve the issues, as I can not reproduce the error, you will need to create a support case at:

http://support.powerbi.com (look at very bottom of page)
