I am facing issue in uploading pbix file on the powerBI portal from desktop. Till yesterday I could perform this activity. I have tried to upload for many times. I am getting error as below:

We are experiencing this same issue since yesterday. We cannot upload a PBIX file that has Incremental Refresh policies enabled, and we are receiving this error:
The file was working perfectly before in another workspace so we we know for a fact that it worked before.
Has anyone faced this same issue?? Has anyone managed to solve it?
Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the same issue as yours.
I suggest you to update to the latest version of the Power BI desktop and check if this problem can disappear.
