Cannot Update Data Source Credentials for Salesforce in PowerBI Online

I've tried clear cache, used both Chrome and Edge - nothing helps.

It starts with an error:

I follwed the steps and logged in using my Salesforce credentials, then it shows this blank page without any warning or confirmation.

Try getting a network trace using a tool like fiddler and create a support ticket for assistance if necessary.

Hi, I know this reply is very late, but were you able to find a solution? In case this issue persists, as a workaround, maybe you can try to test your connection with a 3rd party connector. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics (which doesn't have PBI as a destination, so you first have to export to Google Sheets and then export to PBI) and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. You can export your SF data to either PBI desktop or PBI online using any of the templates
