I need urgent help with cancelling my Microsoft Power Pro BI subscription. It was mistakenly signed up for. I am unable to login to the business account, and am unable to cancel it. I have tried to reach out to Microsoft/ Power Pro BI. I have submitted a call back request and am awaiting for someone to get back to me. No luck yet. Please can someone assist, as have been trying to cancel for months. I have my domain name, and cannot login to the account using the email that was used for signup. I therefore cannot simply login and cancel. Also I cannot therefore login and report an issue. I hope the team picks this up and reaches out.

Does the account used for subscription belong to the same tenant as your account ? If so, then you can contact your tenant administrator to go inside the Microsoft 365 admin center to unsubscribe . If not , I suggest you to open a Support Ticket so that a dedicated engineer will deal with your problem on a one-to-one basis.
