I haven't been able to refresh in weeks. I keep getting the following error: Cancellation occurred when sending or receiving a request. I checked that my gateway is up to date and it is. I checked the gateway logs but there is nothing obvvious in there. I saw  some previous post about bad data, but I can update fine through the desktop app and publish. The refresh just won't work. I have many tables and rows and it will be far to hard to reconstruct one table or row at a time. Is there a way to get the exact details causing this error.

Regarding this issue, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.
