Can't search for visual objects that have been published to appsource in power bi desktop

1.I can't search for visual objects that have been published to appsource in power bi desktop.

2.I looked at the version information of my power bi desktop as shown in the picture. I checked the version number of the software and it's the same as the latest one on the official website, but I still can't search for it.a15_2-1736213901616.png

3.I visited the web version of powerbi (https://app.powerbi.cn) and I can't search for it either, see the screenshot.

4.I can search for uncertified visuals in power bi desktop.

Please help me to see what's the problem?

Based on the above information, this issue is complex which may need to collect log files for further troubleshooting. Since community support engineers don't have that access, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket. If you are a Power BI Pro or Fabric licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you. 
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

After consultation, All visual publications are currently affected by the lockdown, At present, this issue has been resolved. From this perspective, we only need to wait for the lifting of the lockdown.
