Can't save Dataflow, operation could not complete because a newer version was saved

Hi, I am getting Can't save Dataflow, operation could not complete because a newer version was saved.

 

 

What should I do to get the changes saved to Dataflow? I can't do any changes to the existing Dataflow as it cannot be saved
