I am trying to connect to a workbook (created in Excel 2016, .xlsx) in OneDrive - Business that has connections to SQL tables and am getting the error below. My goal in creating the connection is to schedule periodic refreshes from the data sources in the workbook.

I just tried the same scenario as you but everything worked well as below. Could you please try with some other simple excel files which do not have connections to SQL tables to see if it is related to the connection between Power BI and your OneDrive Business?
