Can't Display the Visual Online

Hi all,

We have a report published to O365 that works perfectly in the desktop version and generates an error online. When we select one of the visuals an error is displayed in the other visuals.

The report is very basic. No row-level security, custom visuals, scripts or anything. I have attached a screenshot from the visual and the error message is listed below.

What is your data source here, through Import or Direct Query mode? Have you tried to republish it to Power BI Service?

What is the error message when you click See details?

Hi,

The source is Direct Query and the AD connector.

Refreshing or republish does not help. Strange thing is that it works fine in the desktop appication just not in Office365/webbased.

I noticed that one of the sources does not have values for all the records. When a link can not be made the error is displayed.

The error itself is:

I solved it for now by not using the unresolveble value als tooltip in the visual.
