Can no longer copy visual from one report to another - PBI Service - New sidebar UI

With the new sidebar UI, I can no longer copy a visual from one report to another within the same workspace.

I used to be able to, in 'edit' view, 
1. Copy visual (either command+c, or "copy visual")
2. In left hand sidebar - expand the workspace and choose destination report
3. In destination report -> 'edit' view -> command+v (or paste). 

After the UI update, it doesn't work anymore. Huge issue for me. 

PowerBI Service, Chrome (or Safari), mac platform.

If I understand you correctly, you're referring to the UI design change that prevents you from easily copying visuals rather than this copying feature going wrong, right?

If you would like to suggest  feature improvements, you may  vote the idea and comment here  to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

Thank you  v-caitlyn-mstf (Community Support)  for your response. Mostly interested in seeing if others are having the same issue, and if not - what i am doing wrong. Might be silly to go in to semantics, but I would refer to this as a bug in the upgrade (since it has worked up until the UI change), rather than a 'feature improvement" request.
