Bug with Share button randomly disappearing on Power BI report

The "Share" button on the report (on the website version) has been missing for a while at least from yesterday.

Yesterday, I was once able to share the report to a few people by going to the hosting workspace, and then browsing to "Reports" tab.

But that page also sometimes (quite randomly on and off) shows the report in a semi-disabled state: the "Included in Apps" slider appears greyed out and disabled, and from the Actions buttons, "View usage metrics", "Share" and "Settings" are missing.

Since this is a production report, I would appreciate prioritizing it as it can potentially be a blocker.

It looks like an intermittent problem which cannot be reproduced on my side. Please clear the cache of the web browser and sign in Power BI service again for a test.

Thanks for looking into it. The missing "Share" button on the report page itself is relatively consistent. The problem is not happening on my end only; my coleagues with access to the report also experience the same issue.
