Bug (regression): Could not load file or assembly

Hello. I have the following situation:

* I have a report with a Postgres connection. I have installed the drivers, and the connection works perfectly fine on Power BI Desktop.
* But when I try to connect from Power BI Web (i.e, when publishing said perfectly working report to my workspace), the following error shows up:

'Could not load file or assembly 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)'

I am NOT using a Gateway (it should not be necessary when using a cloud data source). My postgres server is deployed on Linode.

I believe this is a regression bug. My guess is that the Power BI Service's runtime is missing NpgSQL, or it is using a wrong version of it. I am also not the only one experiencing this, as you can see here and here

Thank you very much in advance.
