BUG: filtering blank values in visual in Power bi app vs local power bi desktop

Hi Team,

I am using the May 2021 version.

The report filters the blank values from a Table visual in the power bi app by default. This is not happening for the local power bi desktop version of the report. I had to change blank values to unassigned for the app version to work.

Can this behaviour be consistent across local and app version so that it easier to debug?

I tried the latest version to test several cases and all seem to be working fine.
