BUG - PowerBI October 2021 is crashing when before ISERROR an OR is written

The OR shall be used to ask either if a field has an error or a second condition.

But once OR is placed before ISERROR, PowerBI does not respond and needs to be force closed.

I tried the latest version and it works fine. You may check Power BI Desktop change log.
