BUG: Date format in US format in all reports and for all users (Power BI Service) - still a UK issue

I'm not sure what you changed yesterday but our French users now have an issue where the date picker keeps the format in French and returns no rows as it is expecting US format. For users with the language set to English, the date picker automatically changes the format to US and works. 

 

As a temporary workaround French users can switch their language to English but this is not ideal.

Can I have an update please? We've had this issue for 12 days and it seems to have been fixed in all other regions?

Hi v-yanjiang-msft,

 

In Spain, the problem is fixed in Power BI Service when you show a report. (OK)

But when you copy an object as image, bug stills.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The issue was announced mitigated globally. However, there was also some users reported the issue still existing in paginated reports, haven't received reponse then in the ICM. If you're urgent about this, you can also consider create a support ticket, it's free for pro user, a dedicated engineer will come to dig the problem for you.
