Azure Maps Issue - Reference layer stays frozen on the prior selection when filters give no matches

An Azure Map showing reference layers will remain stuck on whatever the last reference shapes were shown, when the filters from slicers etc result in no matching shapes.

I made a simple repro file, using a map of US states, and a slicer for values which are not all US states.  When the value which is not a US state ("Victoria") is selected, the map stays stuck on whatever the prior view was showing.

My expected behaviour for that scenario is that the reference layer display would clear, and probably the map should zoom out to the highest zoom level.
