Azure Active Directory Power BI sign up failure

It is taking too long for verification codes to come through via email for new users signing up. By the time they come through the registration says they are not valid. At the moment it is taking about 30 minutes plus to come through. We did manage to get one user registered first thing this morning but no luck since.

It does not seem to related to PBI Desktop/Service but the verification code during registration. Could you please try with different time period to see the result?
