Automatic number formatting showing 17 decimals instead of 1 as in source

The number in source excel is 0.2, but in graph it shows as 0.19999999999999998.

I tried rounding the number in query editor, it didnt help. It helps to format the number with set number of decimal places, but in my model I appreciate the option of having it automatic as some values have decimals and some are in thousants.

I think your issue is same as this one. It has been reported internally (CRI 29369779) and the fix will be included in Mar 2017 release of Power BI Desktop.
