App metrics GEN2 - data never load

Hi

 

  • I'm  on Capacity  Admin role  for capacity --> PROD_1
  • PROD_1 is switched to Gen2
  • The new app metrics gen2  is shared with me (connected to  PROD_1) ,   but I can't see the data  (load never finish)

Today  , this strange  issue is always there

We can not wait (load end)  more  than 5 min  

Philosophically in reporting/dataviz this is not acceptable

 

Only the App owner also on Capacity admin as me  ,   can see  the data  !

Hi,

 

We have the same problem in my organization. Only the person who created the metrics app can access the data. The metrics app created by my colleague looks the same, but if I create the app by myself, it works fine. However, if I share my metrics app with my colleague, they can not see it and the data just keeps loading.

It 's not an intermittent issue and

it's by current  design

The only way to see gen2 metrics for capacity owners is to install their own app ;>}

Impossible on my tenant , according that will multiply metrics datasets and we promote gold datasets for sharing

We are waiting for a fix

We can also observe  strange duplicates on refreshes part  ?

 

Each time 2 rows  (scheduled  <--  OK good but also  on demand <-- wy please ? )
