App Navigation - Clicking Any Tab Brings you to First Tab

For some reason when my users are clicking any tab within a report (in the app environment) it's only bringing them to the first tab in the report instead of the tab they clicked on (after clicking the drop down arrow on the report).  Not sure if this is a widespread issue.
