Analyze in Excel - Issue with account permission

Hi, since the upgrade to 2.102.683.0 64-bit (February 2022), I can't open Analyze in Excel files downloaded from the Power BI Service.  I get an error saying "You are not signed to Ofice with an account that has permission to open this workbook. You may sign in a new account into Office that has permission or request permission from the content owner." 

 

I don't have this issue if I open Analyze in Excel from Power Bi Desktop.

Did you update the desktop version ? Where did you get this error when opening excel ? You mentioned that you will not have this problem when you open it in the desktop, so what does this have to do with the desktop update?
