When a report is published to the powerbi service the time zone functionality causes relative date filtering to reset on UTC time.
This causes issues when a user is looking for data "In this day" in the Eastern/Central/Pretty Much any time zone, as the service will start looking at the "next day" at 7 pm, as opposed to running through midnight and turning over to the next day on the timezone they are in.
We need a way for the tenant admin to set the timezone they want the Power BI Service to use.

Hi @pricehammond ,
There are no settings that can directly implement your needs for now.
However, you can change the browser language and set the Power BI Service language as the default language of your browser to the time zone you want. This needs to be done manually and is somewhat complicated.
