All popups are invisible

All Power BI popups are transparent. They work, I can select things and interact - although nothing can be seen.

There are no memory problems in my PC, I tried all solutions on similar problems and nothing changed, and there is available memory still.

I considered trying to delete the Cache, but there's an extremely important and long report that was erased during a energy outtage that needs to be recovered - and I do not know if deleting the cache/temp files would interfere.
