All Datasets can't refresh in all environments

This is the error on one of the datasets. I bolded the path for one report but the others could be SharePoint, CRM, SQL...doesn't matter. Where can I reset everything and get the refresh working again?

Please open "dataset -settings" to check credentials and gateways configuration.

@v-mengzhu-msft Yep, that is one of the first things I did and tried to log in by using the Edit credentials. it fails there too. Using Organizational as the privacy level. One of our engineers is owner of the datasets. And the Gateway Connection does not expand to show me anything.

Are having the same issue after the user is enroled into Compliance Device rule in Conditional Access.  After  they was removed from this rule, everything worked fine. 

What do we need to exclude to make it work?
