After Win OS update I cannot connect live dataset with Power BI Desktop

After completing a Windows version update to version 20H2, I cannot connect live dataset in service from Power BI Desktop. The issue is not localized as reported from other people in the organization as well. Another issue is the greyed out Refresh button in data model pbix file and the missing Publish button also in the model pbix files. Seems to be some issue with the connection between desktop files and service. Any recommendations are much appreciated

Already done: Restarting machine, reinstalling Power BI and clearing cache didn't help.

You may check Minimum requirements and update webview2 (should just need a windows update) and try again.
