Access rights not updated inside Power BI published app

I think this is just a bug but when Power BI is published as an app and I gave certain users the app permissions, they are unable to view the datasets. This was because they were not added as users inside the dataset. By adding them as users inside the lakehouse and dataset, they are still unable to view and get the same error. For other users, they are able to get the access to the dashboard after being added as users inside the lakehouse and dataset.

Hi  @qwasze

I don't quite understand what you mean. You are saying that you add users as users inside the lakehouse and dataset and then these users are the ones who can access the dashboard. But if you add users into the app first, and then add as users inside the lakehouse and dataset, these users still can't see the app content, right?
