Absolutely nothing is working in Power BI

I am experiencing the following issues:

• Nothing loads in the Power BI Service. 
  

• When using the Power BI service live connection, I get the error, "Power BI Service Live Connector is Disabled ... you dont have permission to connect to datasets in PowerBI service.  Your administrator has disabled this feature."
  • No admin settings have been changed recently.

Nothing will load for me in the Power BI app.

We can access the reports via the mobile app, just not via the web page. This is in Australia southeast.

The support page is showing that everything is fine but it definitely is not.
