API Reports - Export To File In Group - PagebookMark state is no longer working

I am using this API to export a PDF of my report:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/reports/exporttofileingroup#pagebookmark

Expected behavior:  I used to be able to pass in "PageBookmark" "state" and it would generate a PDF with the state of my slicers etc applied.

What happens now:  It just generates a PDF in the default state with none of my slicers or state applied.

This used to work in November.  Can someone take a look and fix this?

Bumping this as I never got a real response.  It seems to be working now though.
