A typo in the theme tooltip (in Korean)

Hi, Team

When I tried to use accessible theme, I found a typo in the theme tooltip.

In other accessible themes, the tooltips show ‘접근성 높은 기본값’(Accessible default),’ 접근성 높은 도시 공원(Accessible City Park)’, etc.

That should be ‘접근성 높은 중립’.
