High contrast panes for Fields, Visualization and Filters

I am currently doing a course where the instructor has high contrast panes for filters, visualization and field panes but I cannot see how to achieve this - I current have aPower BI with a free trail of the Pro license

    HI KBWellington,

     

    In the service, there is an option in the top right under "View" that has the contrast actions.

     

    In Power BI Desktop, you can use the High-Contrast theme to change it there.

     

    The third way I know is if the individual's PC has "High-Contrast" turned on then everything (not just Power BI) will be high-contrast.
