Help- read and sign

Hi,

sorry if this is not in the right section. I want to create something automated that will send out emails to certain staff to get them to sign off on new policy's or emails without me trying to find them. 

does anyone have any ideas?

You can automate this using Power Automate:

1. Store your policies in a SharePoint list or library.

2. Create a flow triggered when a new policy is added.

3. Use the “Start and wait for an approval” action to send emails automatically to the assigned staff.

4. Track approvals and optionally send reminders if needed.

This way, emails and approvals are fully automated without manually finding recipients.
