New Measure is grayed out

I am in my Lakehouse SQL Analytics endpoint and seeing "New measure" tab is grayed out. Is anyone else also noticing this?

This often happens when your default semantic model is not in sync. 

1) make sure to add tables to your default semantic model by managing the default model

2) refresh using the automatically update option

These options have often fixed the greyed out new measure button

I ran into the same issue yesterday while doing one of the end-to-end tutorials. Ended up redoing everything until that step and "New Measure" was available the second time around.
