Time zone for Fabric capacity

Am I correct in saying that all Fabric capacities are set to UTC time and this is a setting that cannot be changed?

    Hello ebjim 

    You are correct at this time Fabric does operate in a single timezone . The offset does provide you with some help , but I understand for DST related calculation we will have implement something custom .

 In Fabric metrics app report you can configure an offset at configuration time or later on as a dataset parameter:


What exactly is your query? Can you please share fre more details of your query?

    Hi, where exactly can you configure this UTC offset? We are also using Fabric capcity metrics app, but the timezone has been incorrect for us from the start.
