Notebooks don't add data during the scheduled launch

Hello. I'm trying to master the data lake. I created one in “My Workspace” and a notebook to add data to the delta table in this lake. Everything works, and the notebook works during a scheduled launch.
Then, I created a similar data lake in one of the company’s workspace. A lake, a delta table, and a notebook were created. Here, a problem appeared - when the notebook is started manually, it adds data to the delta table but does not add data during the scheduled launch. How to fix it?

Answer is simple - I didn't upload libraries in another workspace.

And I often have a message in "Notification" - "Error when shutting down kernel due to ajax error 410". May be it help.
