If I create a workspace, configure Git, I am unable to create a Lakehouse (Unknown Server Error).

Instead, if I create a workspace and create a Lakehouse first, then I can configure Git.

But now if I create a notebook (from either Data Engineer or Data Science experience) it never loads...

Please note I randomnly chose a label as none of them seem to fit this new "idea".

So your first issue works when you create a workspace and create a Lakehouse first however you are unable to create a notebook, I have seen this issue from my end too but this could be an intermittent issue as I was able to create it when I refresh the browser, I suggest you try again and if you still see the same issue then please raise a support case.

On your first issue, I will check with the internal team and provide you with more details.
