trying to work with a workspace and paid fabric capacity

Hi together, we have succesfully setup a fabric capacity (different sizing tested). A workspace is also prepared and linked to this capacity. Reffering to the help button on fabrics homepage data is located in north europe, same region as the capacity. However we are receiving the message "

Upgrade to a paid Microsoft Fabric capacity

To work with Dataflow Gen2, this workspace needs to use a Fabric enhanced capacity. You can purchase a Fabric capacity on the Azure portal using your Azure subscription.

"

Any suggestions on this message? The user has also a valid power bi pro license if this may help as well. The message is not only related to Dataflows, all other artifacts are throwing the same message,e xcept environments, folders etc. Thanks in advanced.
