Hi all,
I’ve created a connection within a Data Pipeline in my Microsoft Fabric workspace, and I want to share it with other users so they can reuse the same connection.
To do this, I go to:
Settings > Manage connections and gateways > [three dots on the connection] > Manage users.
This process used to work fine, I was able to open the side panel and add users without issue. However, today when I try it, the “Manage users” pane opens but gets stuck indefinitely on “Loading...”. It never finishes loading, and I can’t add or modify users anymore. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Different browsers (Edge, Chrome)
Clearing cache and cookies
Switching workspaces
Testing with different connections
Unfortunately, none of these worked.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi @Adriansm ,
Yeah, this seems to be a recent issue — I’ve seen a few others mention the same thing where the “Manage Users” panel just hangs on loading.
You already tried the usual stuff (browser switch, cache clear, etc.), so here’s what I’d suggest:
Hope this gets sorted soon — let us know if you find a workaround.

Is there a real solution to this?
Earlier this morning I was able to manage users for connections that I own. Then after a page refresh, I wasn't. The users column in the connections tab is completely blank.
Is there a url for the Admin Portal > Manage Connections that was called out above? I can see Gateways, but no connections in the Admin portal.
Hi @Adriansm
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
@burakkaragoz Thanks for the inputs.
As mentioned by User, please try the suggested points as they should be helpful. If the issue still persists, please consider raising a Microsoft support ticket. You can create a Microsoft support ticket using the link below:

Thanks.
Hi @Adriansm
I hope you have raised support ticket. If a solution has been found, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share your insights with the community. This would be helpful for other members who may encounter similar issues.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Hi
I raised a support ticket. Still no information on what's causing the issue I'm afraid. Strangely, it worked for a few minutes last week, but now it's back to "not working" even though we did no changes at all.
It does look like a bug and annoyingly there doesn't seem to be a workaround to share connections while the Microsoft team works on fixing the GUI error.
Hi @Adriansm
Thank you so much for the update. I understand the situation. Please follow up with support, and hopefully Microsoft will address your issue.
