license change for workspace

Hi community, I have been using a fabric trial account and working in a workspace with trial capacity. Recently, my team has purchased a paid capacity and granted me the contributor role, so I would like to switch my workspace license to that capacity. However, the fabric capacity option in my workspace is disabled.

How can I change the license mode in this case? Do I need to cancel the trial first in order to enable the paid capacity?

Hello @Kktim 

Youn no need to cancel the Trail capacity. It's disable for you becuase, You have the Workspace contributor role. So, you will need workspace admin rights to switch license mode. 
OR
Ask your current workspace admin assign the workspace to the paid Fabric capacity.
