You could provision a Fabric Capacity in Azure and export the ARM template. If you don't want to use ARM, there is a Git repository which has some TF files you could try.

I am looking forward to this future, as I want to be able to create  and manage multiple MS Fabric resources, such as workspaces, lakehouses etc. using IaC (e.g., terraform)

Also can you elaborate more on the use case . We do have powershell cmdlets which can be helpful to run some automation .
