Hi @SaharRad ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric community.

To troubleshoot problems when adding items in a free trial workspace with Microsoft Fabric, ensure that the trial capacity is active, and you are allowed to proceed. If errors persist, consider checking your settings in the Admin Portal or recreating a new user  Admin Portal to determine whether this fixes your access issues.

  • Verify Your Trial Capacity Status - Make sure your Fabric trial capacity is active by looking at the Account Manager on the Fabric homepage.
  • If you have a Trial status, that means your trial is active. If not, you should start a new trial or ask your Fabric administrator.

Permissions and Access Required to Create a Workspace and Add Items:

  • First, confirm you have permissions to add items to the workspace. If you're not a Capacity administrator, you may need to ask the admin for Contributor permissions.
  • If you are a Capacity administrator, be sure you've allowed Contributor permissions to other users in your organization so they too can add items.
  • Go to the capacity settings and make sure that you check the trail tab to determine whether your workspace is in the trial capacity.

If you come across a bug that you're unable to allocate a workspace under the trial capacity, it means that the administrator of Fabric disables the trials, after you had commenced the one.

Hi @SaharRad ,

Please see the below link which discussed the similar issues as yours.

https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Fabric-platform/cannot-access-fabric-trial-capacity/m-p/43...

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/get-started/fabric-trial#considerations-and-limitations.

One reason could be your tenant might have used all free trial capacities.

Or the tenant region might not be supporting the fabric items. Verify your region is listed in the link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/admin/region-availability

Thanks,

Pallavi
