    Added one more step to Azure CLI to resolve this then its worked

      - script: |
          az login --username $(USERNAME) --password $(PASSWORD) --tenant $(TENANT_ID) --allow-no-subscriptions
          az account set --subscription $(SUBSCRIPTION_ID)
