Hi @Ritesh_Ojha
The issue you’re experiencing with the Fabric Capacity Metrics app not showing individual user information is a known limitation. Here are some key points to understand:
1. User Privacy: The app intentionally does not display individual user email addresses or identities for privacy reasons.
2. Power BI Service User: Instead of showing individual users, the app aggregates usage data and displays it under the generic “Power BI Service” user.
3. Aggregated Metrics: The app focuses on providing aggregated capacity utilization metrics rather than user-specific details.
solution:
Privacy Setting: There is a specific setting in the Admin portal called “Show user data in the Fabric Capacity Metrics app and reports” that controls the visibility of user data. If this setting is disabled, user emails will be hidden in the app.
if this is helpful please accept the solution.
thanks
