I am not talking about DevOps at all, just talking about the Outlook connection.
If you have a service user with a mailbox, and that user has access to whatever address you are sending emails from, you can use that user's credentials when making the outlook connection, and then safely share that connection with all developers.

If you have one shared connection linked to a service account that all developers have access to, then it should just work without changes.

Helper IWe do have a service account and we are in essence using that. But still having some difficulties.
What we are doing is we are logging into service account and in the activity using the service account email. But as the service account is not linked to Dev ops. Should the power BI user be classed as stakeholder when connecting to Dev -ops ?

What I did was to change the Power BI user to a Basic user instead of a Stakeholder in DevOps for the service account.
In the Power BI workspace I just pressed connect on the GIT integration. Is that way off the mark ?
