When navigating to my Fabric Workspace none of the Fabric items are showing.
Also when searching for an item they don't show up.
Only when using a filter the item(s) pop up.
On other workspace I have no issues. My colleagues don't experience the issue when they navigate to the same workspace.

Hi @PaulienLb2 ,
That sounds frustrating – thanks for sharing the details and screenshots, they really help.
Since the items show up when you apply a filter, it’s likely not a permission issue but more about how the workspace view is loading by default. Here’s a few things you can try:

Hi @PaulienLb2,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
Thank you @burakkaragoz @suparnababu8, for your valuable insights.
Thanks for sharing the details. It seems the issue is related to UI rendering or session caching within the Fabric workspace portal. The items exist but are not visible due to retained filters, cached views, or temporary UI glitches.
Please check for any active filters and refresh the page.
Clear the cache and cookies, try logging in using incognito mode, and use a different browser. Also, check the workspace permissions.

Thank you, indeed simply needed to clear my browser.
Awesome! Glad to hear it was just a browser cache issue – those are sneaky sometimes 😄
Thanks for confirming it worked!
Let me know if anything else pops up – happy to help anytime!
