Unable to link Synapse Link with Fabric

Hi everyone, I did all the steps to connect my F&O with Dataverse (environments are linked), gave the Synapse Admin and Synapse Spark Pool adminstrator role to the account that I'm using, create the Synapse Link but when I try to ascend to Fabric, it doesn't show my workspace:

 

 

The account I'm using has PRO, Premium PU and Microsoft Fabric Free licenses.

It is the owner and contributor of both resource group and Fabric capacity.

This is what shows when I go to Fabric Capacity inside Power BI:

And this inside a workspace that was created using another account:

  

What's happening? How do I give capacity access to this account?

Hi Andy, even having all the ownership of various stuff, it was missing the fabric capacity adm inside the capacity. Thanks!
